एक घर या व्यवसाय का कमरा जहाँ लोग बैठ सकते हैं और बातें कर सकते हैं, या विशेष सेवाएँ देने वाली दुकानें (जैसे आइसक्रीम पार्लर या ब्यूटी पार्लर)।

घर के लिए 'parlor' अब पुराना है; आजकल यह विशेष दुकानों के लिए आम है ('ice cream parlor', 'funeral parlor' आदि)। घर में 'living room' ज़्यादा चलता है। 'Parlors' कई ऐसे स्थानों के लिए है।
