패널리스트는 회의, 토론회, 방송 등에서 전문가 또는 게스트로서 의견을 나누기 위해 선정된 사람을 말합니다.

'패널리스트'는 보통 토론회, 세미나 등에서 전문가나 초대한 연사에게 사용합니다. 일반 청중에게는 쓰지 않습니다. 'panel discussion'은 '패널 토론'을 의미합니다.

The panelists answered questions from the audience.
