Describir algo como más grande, más importante o más extremo de lo que realmente es.

Formal o semi-formal; se usa mucho hablando de reportes, afirmaciones u opiniones. Frase común: 'it is impossible to overstate...' significa que algo es muy cierto o importante. No confundir con 'exaggerate' (más informal).
