Definition
El ya da kolun baş hizasından yukarıdan aşağıya doğru hareket ettirilmesiyle yapılan hareketi ifade eder. Spor veya düğüm bağlamada kullanılır.

Genellikle sporda (overhand atış, overhand servis) ve düğüm bağlamada kullanılır. 'Underhand' bunun tersidir.
