Sentirse confundido, no estar atento o distraído mentalmente, a menudo por cansancio, enfermedad o falta de atención. También puede significar no entender lo que sucede alrededor.

Expresión informal y frecuente en conversación. Se usa cuando alguien parece mentalmente ausente o despistado, sobre todo por cansancio o enfermedad. No se refiere a estar físicamente fuera. Se suele decir: 'estar out of it', 'parecer out of it', 'un poco out of it'.
