Definition

এক ধরনের খনিজ বা পাথর, যা থেকে ধাতু বা উপাদান বের করা যায়। সাধারণত খনন করে এগুলো সংগ্রহ করা হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

সাধারণত 'আয়স্ক' বা 'আকরিক' শব্দটি খনিজবিদ্যা, ভূতত্ত্ব, শিল্প, ও খনন প্রেক্ষাপটে ব্যবহার করা হয়। 'iron ore', 'copper ore' ইত্যাদি জেনে রাখা ভালো। পরিশোধিত ধাতুর জন্য এই শব্দ ব্যবহৃত হয় না।
