이 표현은 술을 적당히 넘어서 조금 더 마셨을 때 사용하는 비격식적인 말입니다. 주로 알코올에 대해서만 씁니다.

술에 관해서만 사용되고, 가볍거나 유머러스하게 말할 때 많이 씁니다. 'He had one too many'처럼 말합니다. 음식에는 쓰지 않습니다.

He had one too many at the party last night.
