কেউ যখন ক্যাজুয়ালভাবে বলে যে সে ফোনে আছে বা ফোনে কথা বলছে।

খুবই আনুষ্ঠানিক নয়, সাধারণত আমেরিকান ইংরেজিতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। শুধুমাত্র টেলিফোনের ক্ষেত্রেই বলবেন, অন্য কোনো 'হর্ন' নয়। 'get on the horn' মানে কাউকে কল করা।
