形容某人非常忙碌、活躍，經常在不同地方之間奔波，或不停地做許多事情。

'On the go' 是口語用語，強調很忙或很積極，未必指實際移動。常見於『適合忙碌者的小喫』等短語。不要和 'go on'（繼續）混淆。
