「無訂單地」做事,就是在沒有人要求或僱用的情況下先把事情做好,希望日後被接受或獲得報酬。

“On spec” 是非正式用語,多見於創意行業(寫作、藝術、設計),指先完成再尋求買家。不是普通工作情境下使用。常用例如“write on spec”、“submit on spec”。
