Definition
Soğuk, şok veya güçlü duygular nedeniyle fiziksel ya da duygusal his kaybı durumu. Hem bedensel hem de duygusal olarak kullanılabilir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Hem fiziksel his kaybında ('my fingers are numb') hem de duygusal tepkisizlikte ('I felt numb after the news') kullanılır. Özellikle soğuk, acı ve şok kelimeleriyle sık geçer.
