許可なく特定の場所に入ってはいけないという警告の表現です。よく標識に使われ、不審者の侵入を防ぐためです。

ほぼ必ず看板や敷地の境界でのみ使います。日常会話では使いません。入ると法的な問題になる可能性があります。屋外や私有地向けの表現です。
