"nibble at" in Portuguese (BR)
Definition
Comer pequenas quantidades de algo, geralmente devagar ou sem muito interesse. Também pode significar se aproximar ou tentar algo aos poucos, sem se comprometer totalmente.

Normalmente informal. Usado com comida ('nibble at a snack'), mas também para indicar alguém que hesita ou faz algo aos poucos ('nibble at an idea'). Não é tão forte quanto 'morder' ou 'comer'.
