形容一個非常容易擔憂、緊張或焦慮的人。在心理學中指有神經症特徵的人，但日常口語中多指過度焦慮者。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

常為非正式語氣，有負面意味。常搭配 'neurotic behavior'（神經質行為）。不建議用於描述嚴重精神疾病，只描述過度焦慮或擔心。也會開玩笑地使用。
