出来事や物語を詳しく口頭や書面で伝えること。

フォーマルな場面や物語・ドキュメンタリーなどで使われ、「tell」より堅い表現。「ストーリーを語る」などで使われる。日常会話では「話す」が一般的。

She will narrate the children's story at the library.
