Definition

못을 사용해 어떤 것을 다른 표면에 고정하는 것. 비유적으로 '확실히 하다'는 의미로도 쓰임.

주로 실제 못질에 쓰이고 가끔 비유적으로도 사용됨. 'nail to'는 항상 못을 사용한다는 의미.

Please nail the sign to the door.

표지판을 문에 **못으로 고정해 주세요**.
