生物体、细胞或身体部分自发或主动运动的能力。在生物学和医学中常用来描述微观或细胞水平的运动。

“运动性”多用于医学、生物学术语，常见于“精子运动性”、“肠道运动性”等表达。不要和“活动性”（mobility）混淆，后者指整体运动能力。
