군중은 보통 화가 나거나 시끄럽고 폭력적인 많은 사람들의 무리를 뜻합니다. 때로는 압박이나 혼란을 주는 큰 집단을 가리키기도 합니다.

보통 부정적인 의미로 쓰입니다. 'angry mob', 'mob mentality' 같은 표현에 많이 등장합니다.
