Definition

蟎蟲是微小的蛛形綱動物，和蜘蛛及蜱有親緣關係。牠們有些生活在灰塵中，有些則存在於植物、動物或人體皮膚上。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))

通常用複數'mites'，因其常羣體存在。常見組合有'dust mites'（塵蟎），和過敏有關。勿與'might'（可能性）混淆。
