Definition
No lograr alcanzar un objetivo, cometer un error o no cumplir con las expectativas, especialmente al intentar hacer o decir algo correctamente.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Expresión figurada, usada en retroalimentación profesional o personal. Suele referirse a respuestas, ideas o intentos. Se usa con adverbios: 'completamente', 'totalmente'. No se usa para acciones físicas reales (como perder un tren). Similar a 'no dar en el clavo'.
