주로 공식적(혹은 반공식적) 상황에서 사용하며 'facts', 'details', 'intentions'와 자주 함께 씀. 고의적일 수도 있고 실수일 수도 있음. 'lie about'와 비슷하나 일부 사실만 말하거나 숨기는 것도 해당됨.
