非常に小さいサイズや量で、通常よりもずっと小さいこと。

「minuscule」は日常会話ではあまり使われず、よりフォーマルで、「tiny」や「very small」よりも小ささや重要性のなさを強調します。書体の「minuscule（小文字）」とは別の意味です。
