‘등사기’는 복사기가 나오기 전, 글이나 인쇄물을 복사하는 데 사용했던 기계, 또는 그 기계로 만든 복사본을 의미합니다.

‘등사기’라는 용어는 요즘 거의 쓰이지 않으며, 오래된 자료나 교육 상황에서 주로 나옵니다. 요즘 복사는 ‘복사’나 ‘포토카피’라고 합니다. ‘메모’(쪽지)나 ‘마임’(몸짓극)과 혼동하지 마세요.
