상대방을 장난스럽게 또는 비꼬는 식으로 놀리거나 약 올리는 것. 주로 친근한 관계에서 사용됨.

영국식 비공식 표현이며, 'take the micky'는 친한 친구나 가족끼리 자주 씀. 미국에서는 사용되지 않음. '놀리다', '장난하다' 등과 비슷하다.

They always take the micky out of their teacher.
