Definition

メノーラーは、ユダヤ教の伝統、とくにハヌカーの際に使われる、7本または9本の枝を持つ特別な燭台です。

「メノーラー」は7本枝の伝統的シンボルや、9本枝のハヌカー専用のメノーラー（ハヌッキーヤ）を指しますが、日常会話では主にハヌカーについて使われます。
