주로 누군가를 기준이나 기대와 비교할 때 사용하며, 'measure up to his reputation'처럼 'to/for'와 자주 쓰입니다. 기대에 못 미칠 때 실망을 표현할 수 있습니다. 신체 측정과는 관련이 없습니다.
