Definition

সমতল বা হালকা উঁচু-নিচু এলাকা যেখানে প্রচুর ঘাস ও বুনো ফুল থাকে, সাধারণত গ্রামের পরিবেশে দেখা যায়।

'meadows' শব্দটি প্রকৃতির বর্ণনা ও সাহিত্যে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'lush meadows', 'grassy meadows', বা 'open meadows' এমন শব্দগুচ্ছের সাথে সাধারণ। চাষের জমি বা বনের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করবেন না।
