Definition

何かに反対する意思を表すために、グループで公共の場所を行進すること。通常は抗議活動として行われる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

ややフォーマルまたは中立的な表現で、主に組織的な抗議活動やデモの際に使われます。後ろに何に反対するか（"march against 環境破壊"など）がよく続きます。個人的な衝突や戦いには使いません。
