"manpower" in Bengali

কোনও কাজ, প্রকল্প বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কর্মীদের সংখ্যা বা শ্রমিকদের মোট সংখ্যা। সাধারণত শ্রমের বা কার্যকরী কাজের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

এটি অননুমেয় (uncountable), তাই 'manpowers' বলা যায় না। ব্যবসা এবং সামরিক ক্ষেত্রে বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়; 'staff' বা 'workforce'-ও প্রায়ই উপযুক্ত হয়।
