Um mangote é uma máquina grande usada para passar e alisar roupas, lençóis ou outros tecidos, normalmente em lavanderias ou ambientes industriais.

'Mangler' é um termo técnico, usado quase sempre em lavanderias industriais ou comerciais. Não confunda com o verbo inglês 'to mangle' (estragar/danificar). Por vezes, é chamado de 'calandra' em textos técnicos.
