Definition

누군가나 무언가를 잡거나 공격하기 위해 갑자기 앞으로 달려드는 것.

동물이나 사람이 갑자기 공격적으로 돌진하는 상황에 주로 쓰이며, 대상(사람/물건)이 뒤에 붙는다. 비유적으로도 사용 가능하다.

The dog suddenly lunged at the mailman.

개가 갑자기 우편배달부에게 **달려들었다**.
