যখন কোনো কিছু বা কেউ অনেক মানুষ বা বিশৃঙ্খলার কারণে অবহেলিত বা ভুলে যায় তখন এ কথাটি বলা হয়। সাধারণত অগোছালো পরিবেশে কিছু লক্ষ্য করা হয় না।
