갑자기 매우 화를 내거나 감정을 통제하지 못하는 것. 주로 스트레스나 짜증 때문에 그럴 때 쓴다.

아주 비격식적이고 거친 표현임. 친구끼리만 사용하고, 공식적이거나 예의상은 피해야 한다. ‘lose it’, ‘freak out’과 비슷하게 쓴다.
