自分の家が誰かの家のすぐ隣にあることを指します。物理的に隣同士の家に住んでいる状態です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

日常会話でよく使います。誰の隣か示す場合は「〜の隣に住む」（〜の隣）と言います。「隣」はすぐ隣です。
