Personas o partes que están involucradas en una demanda o caso legal, ya sea como quien hace la reclamación o quien la defiende.

Término formal y jurídico. Se refiere a ambas partes de una demanda: demandante y demandado. Rara vez se usa en lenguaje casual. Puede confundirse con 'abogados', pero 'litigantes' son quienes tienen el conflicto directo.
