重要な人物（指導者や王室など）の遺体を国葬など正式な形で一般に公開し、人々が別れを告げられるようにすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

非常にフォーマルで、リーダーや王族など国を代表する人物について報道や公式発表で使われる。一般の葬儀には使わない。
