किसी हथियार या टिप्पणी को विशेष व्यक्ति या लक्ष्य की ओर साधना। अक्सर आलोचना या आरोप के संदर्भ में प्रयोग होता है।

यह आमतौर पर औपचारिक या तटस्थ संदर्भों में प्रयोग होता है, खासकर आलोचना या आरोप के लिए। "accusations leveled at" जैसे संयोजन देखें। सतह समतल करने के लिए नहीं।
