এগুলো হলো এমন ঘর বা কক্ষ যেখানে শৌচকর্ম ও হাত ধোয়ার জন্য টয়লেট এবং বেসিন থাকে; সাধারণত বিমানবন্দর, বিমানে বা অফিসের মতো পাবলিক স্থানে দেখা যায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

‘শৌচাগার’ ও ‘টয়লেট’ দুটোই ব্যবহার করা যায়, কিন্তু ‘lavatories’ বেশি অফিসিয়াল বা প্রযুক্তিগত শব্দ। বিমানবন্দর বা বিমানে 'lavatories' লেখা থাকতে পারে, দৈনন্দিন কথায় 'টয়লেট' বা 'বাথরুম' বেশি চলিত।
