クレプラフはユダヤ料理の一種で、肉やジャガイモなどの具を包んだ小さなダンプリングで、スープに入れたり揚げたりします。

「クレプラフ」は主にユダヤ人の祝祭日や家庭料理、レストランで使われる言葉です。単数形はほとんど使いません。
