Çocukların oynadığı bir oyunda, tepeye veya yüksek bir yere ilk çıkan ve burada egemen olan kişiyi anlatır. Geçici olarak gücü elinde tutan biri anlamına da gelir.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Genellikle çocuk oyunlarında, eğlenceli veya şaka amaçlı söylenir. "Ben tepenin kralıyım!" gibi. Resmi ortamlarda kullanılmaz.
