蹴ろうとする蹴りかかる
Definition
足で物を蹴ろうとする動作で、必ずしも当たるとは限らないことを表します。何かに蹴りを加えようとする試み。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
「kick at」は必ずしも当たらなくても足を振る動作を指し、普通「kick」よりフォーマル。比喩的にも使われることがある。
