元気にあちこち飛び跳ねたり、物事や話題を次々と変えたりする時に使う表現です。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に子どもや動物に使われますが、大人の楽しい場面にも使います。実際に跳ね回る場合と、話題や活動を頻繁に変える意味があります。「jump up and down（その場で上下に跳ねる）」とは違います。
