既に渡したり話したこと以外に、相手が他に必要なものや要望があるか丁寧に尋ねる言い方です。

店員や職場で相手が他に希望や用事がないか確認する時によく使います。カジュアルには「他には？」とも言えます。会話の新しい話題を出す時には使いません。
