পেটের ভেতরে দীর্ঘ, নলাকার অঙ্গ যেগুলো খাদ্য হজম করে এবং বর্জ্য দেহের বাইরে বের করে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'অন্ত্র' সাধারণত বহুবচন হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ডাক্তারি ক্ষেত্রে 'ক্ষুদ্রান্ত্র' (small intestine) ও 'বৃহদান্ত্র' (large intestine) শব্দও ব্যবহার হয়। সাধারণ কথায় মাঝে মাঝে 'গ্যাস্ট' বা 'পেট' বলা হয়।
