Definition

যারা কোনো ঝামেলা, সংঘর্ষ বা বিশৃঙ্খলা শুরু করে বা অন্যদের উসকে দেয়, বিশেষ করে নেতিবাচক কিছুতে।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'উসকানিদাতা' এবং 'উত্তেজক' নেতার পরিবর্তে ঝামেলা শুরুর পেছনে থাকা ব্যক্তিদের বোঝায়; 'নেতা' নয়, বরং আড়াল থেকে কাজ করে। 'of violence' বা 'of the protest' – এভাবে ব্যবহার করা যায়।
