'Infusing' é formal e usa-se tanto de modo literal ('infusing herbs', fazer chá) como figurado ('infusing inspiration'). Não confundir com 'inject' (injeção) ou 'pour' (deitar). Normalmente acompanha 'with': 'infusing the tea with flavor'.
