誰かをひどく怒らせたり、非常に苛立たせたりすること。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「annoy」より強い怒りを表す。フォーマル・インフォーマル両方で使われ、「it infuriates me when...」などの表現によく使う。軽い苛立ちには使わない。
