'ineffective' সাধারণত চিকিৎসা, পদ্ধতি, কৌশল ইত্যাদির সাথে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'ineffective treatment', 'ineffective against', 'prove ineffective' ইত্যাদি বাক্যে আসে। এটি 'useless' (পুরোপুরি অকেজো) থেকে কম তীব্র অর্থ প্রকাশ করে।
