Animar o provocar a alguien para que actúe, especialmente para hacer algo negativo o causar problemas.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se emplea mucho en contextos formales o legales para referirse a incitar a la violencia, disturbios o conductas ilegales ('inciting violence', 'inciting a crowd'). No se usa para motivar algo positivo. Frases comunes: 'inciting hatred', 'inciting a riot'. No confundir con 'exciting'.
