"incidence" in Bengali
Definition
নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে বা নির্দিষ্ট গোষ্ঠীতে কোনো ঘটনা বা সমস্যা কতবার ঘটছে, সেটার হার বা সংখ্যা। বেশি ক্ষেত্রে খারাপ বা ক্ষতিকর কিছুর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
বেশি ব্যবহার হয় বিশেষভাবে চিকিৎসা বা গবেষণার দিক থেকে ('ডায়াবেটিসের প্রবণতা'), আর 'incident' (নির্দিষ্ট ঘটনা)-এর সাথে মিশিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
